Sweet Potato & Caramelised Onion Salad

Method

Preheat the oven to 200°C or 395°F. Line a baking tray with baking paper. 

Spread the sweet potato items across the baking tray. Drizzle with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp sea salt.
